At Qatar Airways, I lead QA delivery for high-volume aviation platforms, managing a cross-functional team of eight across manual and automation testing. I build and enhance web, mobile, and API automation suites while operating Azure DevOps pipelines for faster release feedback.

I've architected a unified API and web automation framework that accelerated end-to-end regression execution by 40%. My work spans Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, RestAssured, SpringBoot, and AI-assisted test authoring with GitHub Copilot.

Previously at Pirimid Fintech, I led quality initiatives for BidFX, digital lending, and ONDC test-process automation, covering FX trading workflows, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, smart contracts, and Web3 integrations. I also built reusable Selenium and RestAssured frameworks and integrated automated suites with Jenkins, TeamCity, Docker, and AWS.

Earlier, I delivered QA for Birst's BI and analytics platform and Cybage's fleet-management systems, including API, ETL, data migration, SAML, BI, and regression testing. I enjoy mentoring QA teams, investigating defect leakage, leading RCA discussions, and aligning test strategy with product and delivery goals.
