At QX Global Group, I manage UK payroll operations, including timesheet approvals, statutory payment calculations, and weekly FPS and EPS filings to meet HMRC requirements. I also handle payroll reconciliations, tax code updates, pension auto-enrolment, and post-payroll queries.
I use Sage and Xero for payroll and invoicing, and create performance dashboards and reports. Previously, as a Payroll Executive at IMs Decimal, I processed UK payroll using Eclipse, managed payroll queries, and trained junior staff on UK payroll practices.
