What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Senior Technician role where I can apply my 15 years in blood bank quality control, cross-matching, and platelet/stem cell apheresis while maintaining NABH/NABL/CAP/JCI compliance and providing strong patient service.

I’m a Senior Technician with 15 years’ work experience at Narayana Health City (March 2011–Till date). I’ve built my career around blood bank operations, especially quality control, blood components, and serology workflows.

In my role, I handle quality control analysis, customer support, patient service, sample receipt, laboratory result reporting, and record keeping. I also manage stock and support executive health check up activities, including platelet apheresis and stem cell apheresis.

I’m skilled in cross matching, screening, blood grouping, and components separations, and I actively participate in blood donation camp organisation. I’ve successfully completed NABH, NABL, CAP and JCI certificate programs, and I’m ready to deliver service with the utmost satisfaction of my superiors.
