I’m the Founder & Managing Director of CityHive Technologies LLP, where I’ve built and scaled a PropTech-enabled residential community management business from startup to 51 residential communities across Maharashtra.

With 6+ years of experience, I lead end-to-end operations, customer success, product strategy, and financial administration—supporting 1,500+ units and 5,000+ SaaS users. I’ve built a SaaS platform for maintenance billing, online payments, resident communication, expense tracking, and financial reporting, and I’ve improved collection discipline, overdue tracking, and monthly profit-and-loss visibility.

I personally drive product requirements, workflow design, developer management, testing, demos, onboarding, and training. I also lead cross-functional teams (11 members) and manage 25+ vendor partnerships across security, elevator AMC, legal, auditing, civil works, housekeeping, and solar projects—ensuring service quality while translating operational needs into scalable technology.
