What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategy, operations, and technology execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where I can scale teams, improve operating systems, and turn AI, FinTech, or Web3 strategy into measurable outcomes.

I co-founded Webllisto Technologies and grew it from zero into a 100+ person global technology organization operating across 10+ countries. I own full P&L, strategic planning, operating cadences, and cross-functional execution.

At Webllisto, I've led delivery for SAMA-regulated FinTech platforms, AI-powered workflows, Web3 and blockchain products, and high-scale consumer products. I orchestrated 15 concurrent enterprise programs and redesigned operating cadences to reduce project cycle times by 25%.

I've introduced Claude and ChatGPT into delivery operations to automate sprint summaries and bottleneck analysis, saving 10+ hours of manual work each week while improving cross-team execution.

Before incorporating Webllisto, I ran a solo web and app development consultancy, managing client acquisition, delivery, and operations. I built foundational tracking, communication, and reporting processes that supported the company's later scale.
