My non-traditional path to design informs the designer I am today. My previous experience in early childhood education and social justice art instilled a strong passion for designing for people, focusing on their needs and experiences.

I've worked in a variety of environments, both agency and in-house, consistently striving to incorporate user testing, research, and discovery into design decisions and processes. Balancing the needs of multiple departments (business, brand, product, development, etc) can be tricky but through consistent communication and proactiveness, I've maintained harmonious relationships across teams.

In my several years of experience, I've gained many valuable experiences, working with federal and private clients on award winning web and mobile experiences to iterating on high-impact apps, designing for multiple devices.

I'm always eager to learn and explore.
