At Technopartner Indonesia, I collaborate with managers, tech leads, and product managers to plan and coordinate application development. I allocate tasks within the QA team and help ensure sprint targets are achieved.
I create test cases, scenarios, and test data based on application requirements and business needs. My testing includes functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
I document and report bugs in Jira, support UAT, and prepare user manuals and other QA documentation. I also conduct application training sessions for clients and guide them on application use.
