At Kawach Ayurveda, I manage last-mile logistics for about 100 daily orders, including out-for-delivery processing, shipment tracking, and status updates.

I create bulk manifests for about 60 shipments a day and generate and distribute AWBs across courier partners such as Delhivery. I also follow up on undelivered orders and reconcile shipment statuses across Google Sheets, email, and courier systems.

I resolve address errors, duplicates, and data mismatches before dispatch while working to meet SLA and TAT requirements. I use advanced Excel and SQL for reporting, and I’m seeking the Supply Chain Operations New Associate role (Source – Supplier Relationship Management) at Accenture.
