I’m a detail-oriented logistics and operations professional with a PG Diploma in Logistics and Shipping Management and hands-on experience coordinating day-to-day workflows, shipment tracking, and structured data handling. I’m currently in a customer-facing role focused on order processing and delivery coordination.

In my Operations Executive role, I managed daily operations to keep workflows running smoothly and ensured timely execution by coordinating with internal teams and vendors for shipment processing. I handled shipment tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution, while maintaining accurate operational records and MIS reports using Excel.

I also bring import and export operations experience from my Inventory and Warehouse Management internship, where I processed Bill of Entry documentation, verified invoices, supported IGM filing and delivery order coordination, and prepared shipping bills and Bills of Lading. I also worked with export documentation and e-filing procedures.

Beyond operations, I’ve built structured data capability through an ongoing app development project: I managed large sets of question-and-answer data, designed data structures for easy editing and retrieval, and supported dynamic content updates and AI chatbot integration. I’m seeking to build my career in logistics and operations with a strong emphasis on efficiency and process improvement.
