I’m a hardworking, passionate professional who’s built strong organizational habits through daily production and office support work. I’m eager to secure an entry-level position where I can keep operations running smoothly and help the team achieve company goals.

In my current role as a Production Specialist, I oversee daily office operations for a staff of 10 employees. I manage incoming and outgoing calls, record accurate messages, and keep communication moving so nothing slips through the cracks.

I also handle document workflows that support shipping and accuracy—retrieving and preparing car loan contracts to be shipped via FedEx, and inputting addresses into the system to correct any original errors. My focus is always on detail and getting records to match the contract.

With a High School Diploma and a practical skill set built around Microsoft Office Proficiency, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication, I bring reliability to every task. I work with a steady, supportive mindset that helps operations stay organized and effective.
