At The Access Group, I investigate customer-reported technical issues involving data integrity, application behavior, environment configuration and file corruption. I also use SQL to validate and troubleshoot data, and escalate complex issues to development and QA teams.
At Magna Electronics, I developed Python automation scripts and RESTful APIs for internal tools. I also created unit tests using Google Test and PyTest.
I built JobPilot, a full-stack job application tracker with JWT authentication, user-owned data, a Kanban pipeline and dashboard analytics. Its backend uses Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, with a React and TypeScript frontend.
I also built ScentVault, a React Native app for perfume collections and AI-powered recognition. Its backend processes perfume images through OpenAI Vision, and the app uses Firebase for authentication and user data.
