Raouf Lumiere

I’m a software engineer who has grown from hands-on development into backend architecture and technical leadership. I enjoy taking complex business problems, understanding the bigger picture, and turning them into reliable products and systems.

I currently work as a Backend Engineer and Technical Lead at Adxens Solutions, where I help drive the SDLC of a multi-tenant AdTech SaaS platform. I’m involved in architecture, technical decisions, backend development, deployment, production issues, engineering practices, mentoring, and recruiting new engineers.

Previously, I worked on a digital platform for Cameroon’s Ministry of Youth that grew to over 400,000 users, contributing to its redesign, scalability, payment integrations with Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money and GIMAC Pay, and search capabilities.

My interests have increasingly expanded toward software architecture, distributed systems, SaaS, payment platforms, AI agents, automation, and AI-powered enterprise systems. I’m particularly interested in how AI can interact with existing software through APIs and tools to automate real business processes.

I’m looking for opportunities where I can remain hands-on while taking greater ownership of architecture and technical direction, work with strong engineering teams, and build products that have real-world impact.
