At Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, I delivered quality assurance for SAP ISU implementations for Utilities clients, testing Billing, Device Management and CRM workflows. I covered functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing, and validated REST APIs with Postman.
I also administered JIRA and Confluence, maintained test strategies and traceability matrices, and partnered with Business Analysts to validate requirements and user stories. On the XPRESS Car Care project, I collaborated on a React Native (Expo) mobile application and used generative AI to support documentation and test scenario generation.
