At MongoDB, I designed and maintained automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and TestNG, improving regression coverage and execution efficiency. I also implemented AI-assisted automation workflows using Claude Code CLI to accelerate Playwright script generation, including a POC to migrate a Selenium-based automation framework to Playwright. Using prompt-based approaches, I reduced manual scripting effort and helped scale AI-driven testing initiatives.

I’ve delivered measurable impact: I automated 100+ critical test scenarios and reduced manual testing effort significantly. I performed end-to-end Salesforce integration testing across data warehouse, REST services, and RabbitMQ, validated backend behavior using Rest Assured and Postman, and supported database validation with SOQL and SQL Server—partnering closely with developers and product teams to resolve defects and improve release quality.

Previously at Gartner, I led Salesforce SIT and integration testing across business modules, enhancing automation frameworks for scalable regression and reducing regression cycle time by ~30–40%. Earlier at Wipro and Accenture, I automated functional test cases, executed UI and integration testing for Salesforce CRM applications, and performed manual and automation testing for banking and financial applications.
