At Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, I lead end-to-end HR management across Sudan and Ethiopia, from workforce planning and talent acquisition to employee retention. I also develop HR policies aligned with company strategy and local labor laws.
I oversee payroll, leave, insurance, and benefits, and manage performance processes including KPI setting and appraisal cycles. Alongside HR, I supervise office operations, logistics, facilities, travel arrangements, vendor contracts, and administrative budgets.
At UN Women, I supported the Women, Peace and Security programme and contributed to the development and endorsement of Sudan’s National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security. I also facilitated training for over 200 women leaders and activists on mediation, peace-building, and conflict prevention.
As Gender Advisor at the Federal Ministry of Health through UN Women, I supported gender integration into national health policy and helped integrate gender mainstreaming guidelines into the National Health Sector Strategic Plan. Earlier, as an HR Specialist at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, I worked on recruitment, learning and development, and performance management. I hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Pharmacy, and have CP-SHRM certification.
