I'm currently leading QA delivery at Infosys Technology for a Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Mainframe insurance platform. I own test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release readiness while leading a team of seven QA engineers.

I've architected a Playwright and TypeScript automation framework from the ground up and introduced AI-assisted testing practices alongside an existing UFT approach. I use AI agents for test-plan and test-case generation, test closure reporting, automation debugging, and AI-assisted test design.

Previously at Allianz Technology SE, I led a full UFT-to-Selenium WebDriver migration to modernize automation for maintainability and scale. I also directed automated test development, regression testing, quality reporting, and traceability in JIRA.

My background also includes establishing Agile test processes at Accubits Technology Inc and leading Hadoop-based Big Data testing and Java-based functional and automated testing at Tata Consultancy Services. I'm ISTQB certified at Foundation and Advanced Test Analyst levels, and I enjoy mentoring engineers on automation standards and practical quality practices.
