At Louis Dreyfus Company, I worked on international supply chain execution for Palm Oil and Cotton shipments. I calculated laytime for Supramax and Panamax carriers and assessed savings, losses, and optimum laytime utilization.
I also compared the efficiency and costs of Karachi Port and FAP Terminal, evaluating berth performance and vessel turnaround times. I managed buyers’ Letters of Credit and documentation flow to support timely trade execution.
As a Research Intern at National Institute of Maritime Affairs - NIMA, I assisted with research and data collection and prepared reports for project documentation and analysis. My maritime studies and certifications in intermodalities and energy efficiency for ports and shipping have also deepened my interest in sustainable shipping practices.
