At Synechron – Asurion, I designed an enterprise conversational AI platform for API lifecycle automation using LangGraph ReAct agents and MCP tool servers. I also extended the DART platform with a web-based chat interface and MongoDB-backed session history.
For Asurion’s gateway modernization, I architected a migration from Broadcom Layer7 to Tyk and partnered with InfoSec on an OAuth 2.0 framework. The work included zero-downtime migrations for 25+ enterprise partners and an in-house secrets management engine that saved $150K in annual licensing costs.
I built a local AI and RAG pipeline to analyze production traffic logs and generate and validate Go templates while keeping sensitive data off public cloud APIs. Automated log analysis helped reduce the active gateway migration scope by 30%.
Earlier, at Asurion, Tata Consultancy Services, and Accenture, I worked on API gateways, developer portals, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
