At Environment and Social Development Organization- ESDO, I lead media and communications work across environmental, climate, governance, and social development issues. I develop the organisation’s communications strategy and create content for its digital platforms and campaigns.
I also conduct policy and governance research as a core author, translating complex findings into reports, policy briefs, newsletters, and advocacy materials. My work includes media engagement and communications with donors, government agencies, civil society organisations, and development partners.
At YY VENTURES, I wrote reports, proposals, concept notes, and website content, and helped organise advertising campaigns and events with partner organisations. I also assessed the communications strategy and strengthened areas of weakness.
As a FELLOW at NATIONALITY FOR ALL, I researched nationality, statelessness, and identity politics and developed accessible communications materials. I hold an MA in International Relations from University of Warwick, and I’ve published writing on zero-waste communities and environmental governance in Bangladesh.
