Launched a full-stack language-coaching platform with live coach discovery and real-time audio/video sessions, architected with Clean Architecture, dio, get_it, and Agora. Rescued a failing B2B kiosk system for a Europe-based client, hardened platform-channel integrations, and rebuilt error handling.

Re-architected Avici's legacy app into a modular Clean Architecture V2, cutting cross-module dependencies. Recovered a broken Web3Auth + WebAuthn Passkey integration and built wallet and blockchain transaction flows on a typed dio API layer.

Rebuilt the end-to-end booking and calling journey on an app with 100K+ Play Store downloads. Hardened real-time session reliability by integrating VoIP calling through native platform channels with FCM and OneSignal push notifications.

Shipped Goss Chat, Search, Moderation, and Goss Request on a Gen-Z social platform that hit Top 25 on the App Store and Top 50 on Google Play within six months of launch. Wired Datadog performance monitoring and Mixpanel behavioural analytics into the live app.

Led a team of 3 Flutter developers to take ZipCred, a digital business-lending platform, from zero to production. Architected core infrastructure including state management, get_it, dio networking, CI/CD pipelines, and unit-test conventions.

Helped rebuild the Coke B2B retailer platform (50K+ downloads) across iOS and Android, delivering architecture improvements and new features. Added Firebase Crashlytics monitoring and integrated FCM push notifications for real-time order updates.

Built and shipped a live cricket-league tournament platform plus B2C/B2B apps as an early Flutter hire, wiring Firebase Auth, Firestore, and real-time sync.
