I handle trademark, patent, copyright, and design matters for individual and corporate clients, including trademark searches and filings through opposition proceedings and court representation. My practice also covers civil disputes and Section 138 proceedings.
As a Legal Consultant on ground-mounted solar power plant projects from May 2023 to April 2025, I managed legal documentation from pre-development through execution. I reviewed project documents for regulatory compliance and drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial and operational contracts.
Since 2020, I’ve practised independently in Surat and provided remote legal and litigation support to companies, law firms, and legal professionals across India. I also draft and review legal documents, prepare matters for court proceedings, and hold WIPO Academy certifications in intellectual property and the Madrid System.
