I'm seeking impactful opportunities where I can improve customer experiences, build positive customer relationships, collaborate with teams, and contribute through merchandising, communication, and customer service.

At Dabur Bangladesh Ltd, I develop merchandising strategies that improve product visibility and sales performance, analyze market trends for inventory optimization, and collaborate on promotional campaigns that strengthen brand awareness.

Previously at ACI Logistics Ltd. (Shwapno) and Amana Big Bazar, I supported customers in finding products, organized displays, maintained floor stock, and used customer feedback to inform inventory decisions. I enjoy building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and loyalty.

I'm fluent in Bengali and English, with strong communication skills in customer service and business correspondence. I'm currently pursuing a BBA in Management.
