I’m a results-driven UX/UI Designer with 7+ years of experience delivering user-centered digital products across SaaS, enterprise, fintech, B2B, and B2C. I transform complex workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences by owning end-to-end UX research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Across my recent work, I design responsive end-to-end journeys for real customers—browsing to cart, checkout, and account workflows. I’ve defined information architecture and user flows for a UPI-based mobile payment application, then validated the experience through heuristic evaluations and usability reviews to remove critical UX friction before developer handoff. I also leverage AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to accelerate UX research, content ideation, and design exploration—without sacrificing quality.

When I focus on dashboards and workflow-driven interfaces, I concentrate on reducing task complexity and improving operational clarity. At ApolloDart, I simplified multi-step workflows into accessible, intuitive experiences and improved navigation structures and task flows through iterative design cycles guided by stakeholder feedback and usability reviews. My process consistently supports responsive, accessible, pixel-perfect implementation across devices.

I bring the same rigor to SaaS and role-based products, from UX research and usability testing to detailed UX artifacts and annotated UI specifications for engineering teams. I design for consistency across breakpoints using design systems and reusable component libraries, and I apply usability principles to AR/VR and non-traditional interaction paradigms. I genuinely enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-validated solutions on schedule.
