Looking for a challenging role that leverages my skills in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI to drive business growth and innovation.

I am Rakesh Kumar Mandal, a BS student in Data Science & Applications at Indian Institute of Technology Madras. With a strong academic background in Physics and Data Science, I have developed a passion for Machine Learning, AI, and Quantitative Finance. My experience in various internships and projects has equipped me with skills in programming languages like Python, Java, and proficiency in tools like ROS, PyTorch, OpenCV, and Excel.

Throughout my academic journey, I have been involved in various projects, including Flood Area Segmentation using Deep Learning, ML Project - Marketing Strategy, and Movie Recommender Application. I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant for an Application Development Course and have experience in Web Application Development.

I am a quick learner, always looking to expand my skill set and take on new challenges. I am excited to apply my skills and knowledge to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with like-minded individuals.
