I am a strategic, FCA-qualified Head of Internal Controls with over 20 years' experience building and leading governance, risk, audit, and financial control frameworks across multinational organisations. I have designed and embedded Internal Control Systems (ICS), led SOX 404/COSO/ICFR programmes, and delivered automation, standardisation and analytics (Power BI, SQL) to strengthen compliance and financial integrity.
I have established in‑house governance functions, led global teams across EMEA, APAC and Americas, and partnered with senior executives and external auditors to resolve findings and improve control effectiveness.
