I’m a Data & Business Analyst with 3.5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, data quality assurance, and stakeholder-driven solution delivery. I translate business requirements into data insights, validate data pipelines, support UAT, and maintain KPI dashboards that leadership can trust.

In my recent roles, I gathered stakeholder requirements and maintained KPI dashboards using Power BI, Snowflake, and MongoDB to support academic and operational decision-making. I also automated NAAC and NIRF compliance reporting with Python and SQL, reducing manual effort while improving data accuracy. I’m comfortable integrating third-party datasets and building automated external data collection with strong governance.

I’ve also worked across finance and HR domains—delivering daily P&L and MTM reporting with SQL and Snowflake, and performing data validation, system testing, and UAT for HRM software. From Neurix Technology/BioUrja Group, I executed 25+ daily test cases and monitored automated VCRON data pipelines to ensure high data reliability. I enjoy turning complex workflows into clear data flow diagrams and repeatable, quality-first reporting.
