What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a cloud operations or migration role where I can support Azure, AWS, and GCP environments, resolve infrastructure incidents, contribute to migration delivery, and work closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

I've supported hybrid cloud operations at Infosys across Azure, AWS, and GCP, resolving access issues, outages, VM requests, storage activities, and Azure Key Vault permissions within SLA timelines.

On the FAB migration project, I helped migrate 84 applications and 382 Windows virtual machines from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. I conducted readiness assessments, configured Azure Migrate appliances, mapped dependencies, supported migration waves, and validated workload cutovers.

Previously at Amazon, I investigated customer-reported AWS service incidents, analyzed logs and dashboards, coordinated escalations, and kept customers informed through resolution.

My foundation in IT support comes from supporting Google employees at CSS Corp, where I handled Windows administration, account access, onboarding, Google enterprise applications, and Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting.
