I've built and scaled mission-critical cloud platforms at Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, and Samsung, leading architecture from RFCs and trade-off analysis through production delivery.
At Microsoft, I designed a reusable Azure Licensing & Billing platform that enables zero-code onboarding for new services, and I now own GA delivery and Day-N operations for Azure Stack HCI management. I've also built shared Azure platform capabilities and end-to-end observability systems used across multiple resource providers.
Previously, I re-architected Samsung Account from a monolith to microservices, scaling throughput from 30K to more than 1M transactions per hour. At Palo Alto Networks, I expanded CSPM coverage across hyperscalers and introduced queue-based auto-scaling that improved throughput 5x.

Owns GA feature delivery for Azure Stack HCI management in specialized cloud environments, driving day-2 operations and administration capabilities. Improved performance across core operations by redesigning critical paths and extending observability.
Drove the design of a cloud-based Licensing & Billing platform end-to-end, evaluating architecture options and trade-offs. Architected a reusable platform enabling zero-code onboarding of new Azure services, and led a 7-member engineering team.
Re-architected the cloud security configuration ingestion pipeline for Oracle and Alibaba Cloud, extending CSPM coverage to 3 additional hyperscalers. Introduced queue-based auto-scaling achieving a 5x throughput improvement.
