I've built Harness's Managed Prometheus-as-a-Service from 0 to 1 as the sole engineer, creating a multi-tenant monitoring agent that collects and ships customer metrics.

At Harness, I also led backend development for the On-Call mobile app and migrated incident management to Harness AI SRE, driving approximately $100K in annual infrastructure savings. I build scalable Go services on Kubernetes and automate provisioning with Terraform and Helm.

Previously, as ChaosNative's first engineering hire, I bootstrapped backend services, core platform architecture, production infrastructure, and release pipelines from scratch. I led engineers delivering Kubernetes-native microservices and contributed to LitmusChaos as it progressed from CNCF Sandbox to Incubation.

I've contributed to Prometheus, LitmusChaos, Kyverno, and Keptn, and I stay active in the CNCF community as an ambassador, mentor, and conference speaker. My work centers on reliable platforms, incident response, chaos engineering, and practical observability.
