I am a freelance content writer, virtual assistant, social media manager and customer support specialist with hands-on experience running an online store and delivering remote services since January 2022.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (2014–2018) and an MBA (2021–2022) from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, and I completed intermediate and matriculation with strong grades.

As an online store owner and operator I handle product research, customer interactions, order fulfillment and marketing — pairing practical e-commerce experience with content and social media skills.

I am detail-oriented, resilient and adaptable, with strengths in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, problem solving, time management and multilingual communication in English, Urdu, Sindhi and Punjabi.
