At Concentrix, I built and scaled the India Data, Analytics & AI capability, shaping its team structure, capability roadmap, and delivery model. I also led BI modernization across Tableau and Domo, and helped move on-premises data platforms toward Azure-based cloud analytics.
I developed bench optimization analytics that identified resource deployment opportunities and delivered approximately $100K in savings. My work at Concentrix also included building the People Insights & Analytics capability and advancing analytics toward predictive and prescriptive decision support.
Across Deloitte, Accenture, Goldstone Technologies, Value Labs, and earlier roles, I worked on technology delivery, reporting platforms, operating models, and automation. Examples include restoring a distressed Biogen engagement to green, delivering 8 FTE savings through automated system-health checks, and supporting a Shell eBOSS mixed-shore delivery setup.
