I've trained with the Department of Information and Communications Technology through SPARK Philippines' Virtual Assistant 2.0 and TechXplorer ICT Training Program, building hands-on experience in client communication, digital productivity, and professional client service.

As a Virtual Assistant Trainee with DICT SPARK Philippines, I provide executive and administrative support through email management, scheduling, business coordination, client follow-ups, and customer-service support.

I've also worked as a Data Encoder, Time Keeper, and Checker at Bosh Megatrade Inc., maintaining attendance records, verifying data, preparing reports, organizing documentation, and protecting confidential records.

Alongside administrative work, I create graphic designs, social media content, promotional materials, and websites for clients. I use tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, and CRM tools to deliver organized, timely work.
