What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine psychology with practical training—coaching communication and interview readiness, mentoring learners, and using structured feedback to improve engagement in an education-focused environment.

I’m a psychology postgraduate with research experience and hands-on exposure in training, communication, and learner engagement through an ed-tech internship. I coached learners and professionals in English communication, public speaking, and corporate soft skills, while designing and delivering interview-preparation programs and structured feedback systems to track progress and improve engagement.

Alongside my training work, I bring a psychology-focused lens—behavioural understanding, empathy, and strong analytical thinking—supported by my MA dissertation on motivation behind choosing a travel destination. With four years of preparation for competitive exams like UPSC and CDS (and two CDS written exam clears), I’m disciplined, adaptable, and comfortable performing under pressure.
