At Salesian College, I taught psychology to postgraduate and undergraduate students, including Health Psychology, Personality and Neuropsychology. I used lectures and activity-based learning to connect theory with practice.
I supervised three M.Sc. dissertations on the Dark Triad, impostor syndrome and values, and led weekly research review sessions for undergraduate students. At Kalimpong Nursing College, I taught post-basic nursing students the foundations and core concepts of psychology.
With Manshikta Organization, I worked with the team to organize mental health awareness campaigns for schools, colleges and community groups across Kalimpong and Darjeeling. I also trained in psychological assessment and case analysis at the Brain Behaviour Research Foundation of India, applying assessment tools to analyze patient cases.
