At Barclays, I build enterprise GenAI systems that help employees conversationally access internal Confluence knowledge. I developed and deployed a RAG chatbot using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
I design end-to-end retrieval pipelines spanning document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector retrieval, context construction, and LLM-generated responses. I also build stateful, multi-turn agent workflows with conversation memory and streaming.
I focus on reliable AI delivery through grounding and relevance evaluation, hallucination checks, PII redaction, prompt-injection protection, response validation, and unsafe-content filtering.
Before GenAI development, I led a seven-member QA team at Barclays and built automation frameworks at Synechron and Cybage using Java, Selenium, Ruby, Watir, and Cucumber BDD. My 14+ years across quality engineering and automation help me build AI systems with production reliability in mind.
