At Amgen, I work in molecule discovery and engineering, supporting assay data management across toxicology and digital pathology. I develop and analyze workflows for purification, quality control, and analytics.
As lead analyst for electronic data capture in LIMS, I support high-throughput biologics workflows, including sample and inventory management and integrations across laboratory systems.
At AstraZeneca, I contributed to reaction data processing, ELN data ETL and cleanup, and synthetic prediction work using Pipeline Pilot. I also developed regression testing with Python and chemical entity text mining workflows.
Earlier, at Novo Informatics Pvt. Ltd., I managed a BIRAC-funded Type-II Diabetes molecule discovery project. The project produced designed molecules for DPP-IV and GSK3β targets, and I coordinated testing and synthesis with Syngene International.
