What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting clinical data management and healthcare data-quality work, using clinical platforms and analytics to improve accurate, complete, and audit-ready study data.

At Cognizant, I support clinical data management across the study lifecycle, from start-up and data review through study freeze, closeout, and database lock.

I investigate discrepancies, manage queries, reconcile vendor and Image Inventory (IMV) data, analyze edit checks, and execute wave data-cleaning activities. I use Veeva EDC, Medidata, and SDQ while following ICH-GCP, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation practices.

Previously at AQuity Solutions / IKS Health, I documented patient encounters and reviewed electronic health records, medications, laboratory reports, and clinical histories for accuracy and completeness.

My MPharm background and pharmaceutical production experience at Cipla strengthen my understanding of regulated workflows, data integrity, GMP practices, and clinical documentation. I also bring foundational analytics skills in Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Pandas, and Power BI.
