At Tata Consultancy Services, I develop Dynamics 365 Sales customizations for Willis Towers Watson, including C# plug-ins, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows. I also support production issues, deployments, and go-live activities.

For Marsh, I worked on a Dynamics 365 Sales implementation, contributing to requirements and solution design discussions and developing custom business logic and process automation.

At Metadata Technologies FZ LLC, I developed a facility management solution for Al Thuriah using Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, and Power Platform. I built a client portal with Power Pages, embedded Power BI reports, and integrated WhatsApp with Dynamics 365.

My other project work included assisting with a customer portal for Das Holding and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM for United Development Company. I hold Microsoft certifications in Power Platform solution architecture and development, among others.
