I'm currently a Manager at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, leading capsule filling and tablet compression operations. I bring nearly 15 years of pharmaceutical experience across oral solid dosage forms, including tablets and capsules.

Previously, I supported greenfield projects at Zydus Pharmaceuticals from construction through commercial production, covering recruitment, equipment procurement, FAT, qualification, SOPs, validation protocols, site transfers, and regulatory readiness. I've also worked in technical services at Mylan and held manufacturing leadership roles at Cipla.

I've delivered capacity enhancement, debottlenecking, SCADA qualification, process optimization, and new technology installations including vertical wet granulation, continuous coating, laser drilling, and automatic inspection systems. My coating-process improvements reduced rejection quantity to 0%, enabling most batches to pass AQL without 100% inspection.

I'm committed to compliant, efficient manufacturing through cGMP, QMS, CAPA, risk assessment, preventive maintenance, safety, and team development. I hold a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification and have received Cipla's Performer of the Year and multiple Performer of the Month awards.
