At Rakuten Symphony India Private Ltd., I deploy microservices and develop REST APIs, including integrations with external services. My work improved platform performance and stability, and I use JPA with MySQL and Couchbase for data persistence.
On B2B MNO - CRM, I contribute to a telecom CRM/BSS platform, primarily in the Order Management module. I work on order lifecycles using Camunda BPMN workflows, from validation and orchestration through fulfillment and completion.
I also develop REST APIs and microservice integrations connecting Order Capture, Order Management, and downstream services such as Shipment, SIM Activation, MNP, and Billing. The project uses Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Couchbase.
Earlier, as an Associate Software Engineer on OmniOps, I developed a microservice application to automate processing telecom alarm files, integrating MinIO with Spring Boot, JPA, and MySQL. On TraceOps, I developed backend logic for warrant verification and mobile number tracing, with email and push notifications for authorized users.
