At TeamOhana, I built and shipped Teemo, a production conversational AI workforce analyst grounded in live FP&A, HRIS, and ATS data. It launched to enterprise customers, and I supported the sale of 35 AI seats across three customers.
I designed the runtime and orchestration framework behind TeamOhana’s production AI workforce analyst, including governed data retrieval, cited summaries, and visualization generation. I also built evaluation and tracing systems to track correctness, hallucination, latency, and cost.
At Ariksa, I led AI architecture and delivery for a cloud-security platform, shipping natural-language policy creation and reasoning over a Neo4j-backed cloud inventory. Earlier, I founded Apptivism and built its Telegram bot, Android app, and backend end-to-end; I earned my PhD from IISc Bangalore and published research at AAAI, NeurIPS, and TACAS.
