What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team that values measurable growth—where I can own community strategy, nurture ambassadors, and report outcomes with KPI dashboards while using automation and experimentation to improve engagement and retention.

I’m a results-driven Community Manager with 4+ years building and scaling global online communities, ambassador programmes, and digital marketing campaigns. I built a Discord community to 15,000+ members across 100+ countries, increasing participation by 86% and lifting ambassador retention from 80% to 93% YoY.

I combine community operations with analytics and outbound strategy—redesigning engagement journeys in PowerBI, automating verification workflows with Carl-bot, and improving churn and inactivity through targeted re-engagement. I’ve also led virtual ambassador events end-to-end, mentored junior associates with Notion-tracked 1:1s, and produced quarterly KPI dashboards adopted by the C-suite as the community health reporting framework.
