What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Counterparty Manager position where I can use my operations management and client onboarding skills to support a seamless onboarding experience for clients and ensure regulatory compliance.

At NationalAustralia Bank, I lead end-to-end client onboarding and entity management, ensuring accurate data capture, regulatory compliance, and timely system access for counterparties. I also review and maintain regulatory and tax documentation, including FATCA-related forms such as W-8 and W-8BEN-E.

At NatWest, I led a 10-member analyst team and acted as a subject-matter expert for mortgage operations. I helped increase team efficiency by 25%, standardized processes to reduce turnaround times by 30%, and maintained 99% SLA compliance.

I also developed Excel dashboards for real-time reporting and handled more than 500 Deeds Release and Redemption Closures monthly. I'm seeking a Counterparty Manager position where I can apply my operations management and client onboarding skills to support a seamless client experience and regulatory compliance.
