At JobRays, I built an AI career companion SaaS from scratch that turns long-term career goals into daily milestone maps. I developed it with AI-assisted development on a Next.js stack.

I created Ray, JobRays’ AI chatbot, which routes tasks across OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude based on quality and cost. I also designed connected Skills, Ladder, Roadmap, and Overview engines to support career planning and progress tracking.

At BlueBox Pte.Ltd., I implemented Six Sigma methods that reduced process variability by 25%. I also automated operations using Flokzu, saving approximately 500 man-hours annually.

Earlier, at Careernet Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I guided more than 6,000 candidates from interviews through onboarding. I bring experience across AI product development, process improvement, operations, and recruitment.
