At GenWise, I ran operations for a gifted-education program and built the software it runs on: ten production applications that I documented and handed over. The camp operations platform brought expenses, student records, staff observations, WhatsApp operations, scheduled jobs, Razorpay payments, and a plain-English data query tool into one control room.
I also build AI agents for finance and everyday operations, including a purchase-order approval workflow and a WhatsApp receipt bot. I tested the bot against 167 real receipts and improved extraction accuracy from 62% to 100%. My work also spans voice agents, speech pipelines, and human-approved automation for customer replies and proposals.
