I’m a results-driven Computer Science undergraduate specializing in Data Science and Computational Intelligence, combining analytical thinking with hands-on, client-facing experience. I bring strengths in data analysis, problem-solving, and adaptability to help teams grow and deliver results.

In fast-paced customer service settings like Nando’s, I delivered high-quality customer service and ensured satisfaction through efficient service and problem-solving. I also supported kitchen operations during peak hours to maintain smooth workflow—training myself to stay calm and effective under pressure.

In sales roles, I developed direct selling and B2B engagement capabilities, including cold calling and client relationship management. I contributed to a revenue increase of RM5,000 within the first month and supported export sales by successfully handling sales processes and international communication and negotiation.

I’m also actively involved in university leadership roles, including serving as President of X-Team and leading data initiatives like Head of Data Collection and Data Analysis (Harmoni IIUM).
