I am an Information Technology graduate with a focus on Software Engineering and Network Architecture, driven by a perfectionist and detail-oriented mindset honed through debugging and complex editing.

During an IT Support internship at Klinik Utama Loka Medika, I optimized hardware and internal networks, implemented scheduled updates and security patches, and resolved technical issues that improved staff workflow efficiency by roughly 20%.
