At IU Networks, I performed in-depth functional testing of B2G web applications for integrated tax administration systems, validating complex business workflows and user scenarios. I analyzed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure accurate coverage of tax-related functionalities. I also conducted regression testing cycles after system updates and new feature releases.

Alongside that, at Upwork, I handle end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications across crypto/fintech and other domains. I tested messaging platforms (chat, voice, calls) with a focus on real-time performance, reliability, and usability across devices. I also validated e-commerce user journeys (browsing, cart, checkout, payment integrations) and ran API testing using Postman and Swagger.

Previously, at SmartSoft LLC, I delivered manual testing for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android), designing and maintaining test cases, checklists, and test scenarios based on business requirements. I tested key features across multiple domains, including flight booking systems, CRM platforms for universities, insurance systems, and messaging applications. I consistently identify and document defects, track them in Jira, and collaborate with developers to drive timely resolution.
