At a commerce agency, I build and operate tools for commerce and sales teams, including a production sales CRM where leads arrive through an intake API and move through a pipeline with stage rules and routing deadlines. The CRM also brings WhatsApp conversations alongside lead history.
I built the agency's data dashboard, bringing Shopify, GA4/BigQuery, and Meta data together with a designated source for each metric and warnings for incomplete periods. About 6,900 tests run in CI.
I also design and operate the Shopify ↔ ERP ↔ shipping platform and its order and shipping panel, which tracks shipment events and flags orders needing action. My Shopify work includes theme development for the agency's client stores.
My design background helps me take interfaces from layout to production. I work across Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Supabase/Postgres, using written specifications, automated tests, and AI coding agents.
