I’m a Full Stack Application Developer and IT Leader with 25+ years of experience spanning software engineering, web development, SaaS support, and enterprise systems. I’ve built ERP, POS, and CRM platforms used by 50+ companies and supported cloud-based environments while managing 300+ servers across multiple regions.
In my current role (Full Stack Application Developer / System Support), I provide Level II/III support for a .NET-based on-premises mental health call center application. I troubleshoot application, database, and system-level issues to improve availability and performance, and I document Oracle stored procedures to strengthen maintainability.
I also lead Drupal-to-WordPress migrations and build WordPress sites using Elementor, Gutenberg, and the Astra theme. I configure and customize advanced plugins, integrate third-party APIs, and manage staging-to-production deployments with structured Git-based workflows.
Earlier, as a Technical Support Consultant Level III at Micro Focus (HPE/HP), I led enterprise migrations to AWS, performing ETL between SQL Server and Oracle environments and supporting SaaS customers across phone, email, and web sessions. Before that, I founded and led DISMI Soporte in Costa Rica, designing and developing ERP/POS/CRM systems in Visual FoxPro and delivering long-term client support for 10+ years.
